Each of our therapists provides evidence-based psychotherapies. These are treatments that were effective in rigorous clinical trials. While we each have our specialties/areas in which we excel, we are trained as generalists and can address a wide range of issues. Finally, we are dedicated to working with clients of all backgrounds and identities (gender, sex, race/ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, marital or veteran status, political orientation).
